Provides a 25% discount on the Electric Service Charge and the first 600 kiloWatt hours of usage each month, up to a maximum of $13.54. CARES Program - available to qualified low-income customers. Provides one-time bill payment assistance toward the electric portion of a customers utility bill. This program is administered by the City of Redding Customer Service. Call 530-339-7200 or 866-267-8845.

SHARE Program - Assistance to seniors. This program is administered by the Older Adult Policy Council "Power to Seniors". Call (530) 223-6034.

Housing Rehabilitation Program - provides low interest and deferred loans to qualified customers for home repairs and energy efficiency upgrades. Available through the City of Redding Housing Department. Call 530-225-4409.
