The data below represents comparisons of 2007 outage data for Redding Electric Utility, two other Northern California municipal electric utilities, and an average for the state's three largest investor-owned utilities. The total amount of time per year that the average Redding customer experienced an electrical outage compares extremely favorably to the other utilities, especially with the IOUs. All of the data provided came directly from the municipalities or the records held by the investor-owned utility's regulatory body.
