With offices in both northern and southern California, Seastar

1980's. Primarily focused on smaller, “in-fill” projects
of less than 100 homes, most of which are characterized as "small
lot detached homes" all of Seastar's homes provide a high level
of architectural detail and innovative design, and include a higher
than normal level of finish and amenity specification as standard. The

to the consumer by building homes that normal working people can

executives close to the front lines, rather than in the back office,
